Terms of Use
Effective 27 August 2026
AMT Travel Health is developed and published by AMT DIGITAL HEALTH LIMITED, company number NI743195, registered in the United Kingdom.
1. Purpose of the service
AMT Travel Health provides travel-health information, destination-risk intelligence, automated risk ratings, healthcare-resource information and travel-preparation decision support.
2. Not a substitute for individual clinical care
AMT Travel Health does not provide emergency care and does not replace assessment by a doctor, pharmacist, travel-health clinic or other appropriately qualified professional. Users should seek professional advice before vaccination, malaria prophylaxis, medication changes, decisions about fitness to travel or other material healthcare decisions.
3. Live and third-party information
Travel risks, outbreaks, transport conditions, security situations, healthcare availability and public-health guidance can change rapidly. AMT uses structured data sources and automated calculations, but no rating or report can guarantee safety or predict every event. Users should also check relevant government, public-health, airline, insurer and destination-specific sources before travel.
4. Personal Rating™
Traveller-specific outputs depend on the information entered by the user. Users should provide accurate information and should not enter unnecessary identifiers such as passport numbers, NHS numbers or complete medical records. Personal Rating™ outputs are decision-support information and are not diagnoses, prescriptions or fitness-to-travel certificates.
5. Paid services
AMT may introduce paid passes, subscriptions or other premium features. The price, duration, included features and any renewal terms will be shown before purchase. A purchase grants a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the purchased AMT service for the stated period and scope.
6. Accounts and access
Where AMT introduces customer accounts, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for activity performed through their account. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, abuse or material breach of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
AMT names, ratings, reports, interface content, methodology descriptions and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Users may use purchased reports and traveller cards for their own travel planning but may not resell, scrape, systematically reproduce or commercially redistribute AMT content without permission.
8. External links and healthcare resources
Links to hospitals, clinics, public authorities and other third-party services are provided for convenience and information. Inclusion does not guarantee availability, quality, suitability or acceptance of a particular patient or insurer.
9. Availability
AMT aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be changed, corrected, suspended or withdrawn where necessary for maintenance, safety, legal compliance or product improvement.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AMT DIGITAL HEALTH LIMITED is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on automated travel-risk information where professional or authoritative advice should reasonably have been sought, or for failures of independent third-party services.
11. Privacy
Use of AMT Travel Health is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Data-deletion requests can be made through the Data Deletion page.
