Request deletion of your AMT Travel Health data

AMT Travel Health provides a way for users to request deletion of personal data associated with their use of the AMT Travel Health website or mobile application.

No AMT account is required for the current public version. Some information may be processed transiently when you use Live Destination Check or AMT Personal Rating™, and some preferences or saved cards/reports may be stored locally on your own device.

How to request deletion

Email the AMT Travel Health privacy team using the link below. Use the subject AMT Data Deletion Request. In your message, provide enough information to identify the data you are asking us to delete, but do not send passwords, payment-card information, or unnecessary medical details.

What can be deleted

Where AMT holds identifiable user data, a verified deletion request may cover personal information, health-related information submitted for traveller-specific processing, saved traveller information, support correspondence where deletion is appropriate, and other identifiable AMT application data associated with the requester.

Data stored on your device

Some AMT information may be stored only in your browser or device, such as locally saved reports, traveller-card information or preferences. You can remove this data by using available clear/delete controls, clearing the app/browser storage, or uninstalling the application. A server-side deletion request cannot erase information that exists only on your device.

Retention and exceptions

We will assess valid requests and delete or de-identify applicable data within a reasonable period. Limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations. Backups may persist for a limited period before routine deletion.

Identity and safety

We may need to verify that the requester is entitled to request deletion of the relevant data. We will only request information reasonably necessary for verification and handling of the request.
